This person will help oversee daily business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensure SLA adherence, and be the first line of escalation for client concerns. You'll need to be comfortable navigating both structured processes and open-ended challenges, often in real-time.</p> <p>This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding - we need someone sharp, resourceful, and self-directed who can anticipate problems, analyze data, resolve issues independently, and figure out on their own what to prioritize.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner with a top-tier Client Engagement team to deliver operational excellence in risk and compliance initiatives </li><li>Oversee BAU workflows and ensure quality and timeliness standards are met consistently </li><li>Serve as an immediate and trusted escalation point for client concerns and resolve operational issues with minimal oversight </li><li>Analyze daily production and performance data to identify bottlenecks before they become client-facing issues </li><li>Work across internal and client teams to drive process improvements and close feedback loops </li><li>Proactively manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving, occasionally unstructured environment </li></ul> <p>Eligibility Requirements</p> <ul> <li>7+ years in financial services, preferably in banking or capital markets </li><li>Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing at various levels </li><li>Strong understanding of front-to-back financial markets operations (client onboarding, middle office, etc.) </li><li>Experience with or exposure to KYC, CDD, AML operations is a strong bonus </li><li>Solid analytical skills and the ability to make decisions with imperfect information </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Able to work across time zones and balance multiple priorities with urgency and clarity </li><li>Comfortable handling Level 1 escalations independently and knowing when to escalate further </li><li>You adapt quickly, you solve problems before they become problems, and you don't wait for instructions </li></ul> <p>In the US, the target base salary for this role is 75-100K. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
