<p>Job Summary and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Epic Ambulatory certification and/or experience required. * </li></ul> <p>As an IT EPIC Sr. Application Analyst, you will lead the design, build, implementation, and advanced support of our EPIC EHR system, acting as a subject matter expert.</p> <p>Every day you will lead complex requirement analysis, architect and configure intricate EPIC modules, develop advanced solutions, perform comprehensive testing, and mentor junior analysts.</p> <p>To be successful, you will possess extensive EPIC module expertise, advanced analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead projects and drive strategic improvements.</p> <ul> <li>Designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports information technology solutions to meet operational and clinical needs. </li><li>Also, provides consultation for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. </li><li>Understands system options and configurations completely and can suggest and lead teams through decisions on the best way to configure and utilize the system. </li><li>Analyzes, designs, and makes recommendations to improve existing systems and/or methods, and provide written, detailed reports. </li><li>Creates thorough system design and build documentation. </li><li>Collaborates with other analysts, staff, vendors, and leadership. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Other in related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree, upon hire. </li><li>Epic Ambulatory certification and/or experience required. </li><li>3 years working with systems analysis programming/design. </li><li>5 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation. </li><li>Development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry. </li><li>EPIC Certification, within 120 Days </li></ul> <p>Where You'll Work</p> <p>Inspired by faith.
