<p>Project Scheduler</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Project Scheduler to build and manage schedules for a complete plant outage. The role involves collaborating with production members to plan shutdown and startup schedules, as well as creating maintenance and contractor schedules. The scheduler will be responsible for resource loading, critical path identification, and schedule adjustments as necessary.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop a comprehensive schedule from scratch for the entire outage. </li><li>Collaborate with production members to create plant shutdown and startup schedules. </li><li>Design and maintain maintenance and contractor schedules. </li><li>Identify and adjust critical paths as jobs are added or removed prior to and during the outage. </li><li>Ensure schedules are resource-loaded and account for all necessary components. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. </li><li>5+ years of experience in Project Controls and Project Scheduling within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. </li><li>Experience with project shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Background in heavy industrial manufacturing Project Management is advantageous. </li><li>Self-sufficient in software capabilities, specifically MS Project (preferred) or P6. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The role operates within an indoor and outdoor heavy industrial manufacturing environment. The standard work week is 40 hours until the outage, with some overtime required to meet pre-outage milestones. During the outage period, the schedule will shift to a 12-hour per day fatigue schedule.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
