Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other health care professionals.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Education / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Active RN licensure in the State of Ohio required.</p> </li><li> <p>BSN Preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with documented evidence of expertise in</p> </li></ol> <p>specialty.</p> <ol start="4"> <li> <p>BLS required.</p> </li><li> <p>ACLS required</p> </li><li> <p>Specialty certification preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Trauma certification (TCAR and/or TNCC) required for SICU and ER.</p> </li><li> <p>PALS required for ER.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervisory and/or leadership experience desired or demonstrates ability to assume leadership role. Excellent communication skills required.
