During the course of this assignment, applicants will be exposed to Black Belt tools and methods, several different commodity components, systems, software and Engineering groups, and Ford's vast array of technology resources. Applicants will be required to interface with teams that include subject matter experts allowing opportunities to expand their knowledge in these areas to learn the physics of how the systems and components work to support their project problem solving. Workload will consist of leading cross functional groups to scope challenges and drive to resolution in a timely manner. Projects frequently target high profile products, technology, and launches as well as high profile quality issues within the VHE organization.
