Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with MANTECH!</p> <p>MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and highly organized Project Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO) in direct support of a large DTIC contract in Stafford, VA.</p> <p>You will play a key role in executing program oversight, driving performance across complex task areas, and supporting the Program Manager in ensuring mission success</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Program Manager in overall contract execution, including schedule, budget, staffing, and deliverables </li><li>Monitor contract performance metrics and proactively address risks or gaps in service </li><li>Serve as a primary liaison between the PMO, technical leads, government stakeholders, and subcontractors </li><li>Prepare and deliver regular program status briefings and reports to internal leadership and customer representatives </li><li>Support the planning and coordination of task orders, modifications, and resource allocations </li><li>Ensure alignment of program activities with customer objectives and evolving mission needs </li><li>Act on behalf of the Program Manager during periods of absence or as delegated </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in program or project management </li><li>Demonstrated experience supporting DoD contracts with direct customer engagement </li><li>Proficiency in managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working directly with MCWL, MCIA, or Marine Corps customers </li><li>Knowledge of Marine Corps operational concepts and experimentation cycles </li><li>Experience overseeing subcontractor performance </li><li>Familiarity with government acquisition and task order management processes </li><li>Equivalent experience in Program or Project Management may be considered in lieu of a degree </li></ul> <p>Clearance Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have a current/ active TS/SCI security clearance </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. </li><li>Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. </li></ul> <p>MANTECH International Corporation considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.</p> <p>If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply for a position with MANTECH, please email us at careers@mantech.com and provide your name and contact information.</p>
