<p>Job Title: Quality Specialist</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting the Quality Department with various functions, including audit coordination, document control, engineering change tracking, data support, and general administrative tasks.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Schedule and track Layered Process Audits (LPAs) and Internal Audits. </li><li>Maintain audit logs and follow up on corrective actions. </li><li>Support document control activities, including revisions, tracking, and distribution. </li><li>Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) tracking and routing. </li><li>Maintain stamp issuance logs and authorization records. </li><li>Support the organization of inspection delegations. </li><li>Compile and update quality metrics and reports. </li><li>Provide general administrative support to the Quality team. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in auditing and document control. </li><li>Proficient in Quality Management System (QMS) management. </li><li>Knowledgeable in inspection processes and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). </li><li>Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9102 standards. </li><li>Ability to track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI). </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>High attention to detail. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. </li><li>Comfortable working with data and tracking spreadsheets. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in manufacturing or a regulated environment (e.g., AS9100). </li><li>Exposure to quality systems or audits. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Wareham, MA.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
