They need someone who can hit the ground running, drive day-to-day execution, and bring structure to evolving processes. This person needs to have excellent hands-on project management skills with the ability to drive projects and the ability to be able to look at the big picture, identify downstream impacts and dependencies, and solution as needed.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of an in-flight SAP optimization project centered around billing operations. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement change. </li><li>Drive daily project tasks cross functionally to ensure successful execution. </li><li>Guide change management initiatives and support process optimization aligned with project goals. </li><li>Help steer roadmap development alongside internal stakeholders and external vendors. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven Project Management experience, ideally in fast-moving, less-structured environments. </li><li>Familiarity with SAP and SAP billing preferred. </li><li>Strong Change Management and Process Optimization capabilities. </li><li>Comfortable being dropped into a complex, highly visible project midstream. </li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills. </li><li>Able to operate independently and manage day-to-day execution without relying on heavy structure. </li></ul>
