<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Lead, Compensation Projects role focuses on the larger and/or broader-scoped projects in Compensation. This role will provide assistance with both executive and non-executive projects, acquisitions and internal re-organizations. Acts as reference source for HR leadership regarding compensation questions and research. Uses various methods to determine and maintain market competitiveness for leadership and staff positions. Manages the general increase and ad-hoc pay increase processes and variable compensation processing each year. Represents HR Compensation in performing appropriate system testing activities related to Human Resource Information System upgrades and implementations. Prepares various costing initiatives throughout the year related to general increases, structure adjustments and internal equity adjustments. Assists with the administration of executive compensation programs, including the annual executive compensation review and annual incentive processing.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Five years in Compensation </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>Desired:</p> <ul> <li>Five years in a healthcare compensation environment and five years HR systems </li><li>Masters degree </li></ul>
