<p>Job Title: Recruiting & Training Coordinator</p> <p>Location: CVG DHL Hub, Erlanger, KY</p> <p>Department: Transportation and Logistics Division</p> <p>Reports To: Account Manager</p> <p>Job Summary: Andy Frain Services prioritizes emphasizes the importance of ongoing field training, professional development opportunities, and strategic practices throughout recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff retention. The Recruiting & Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the organization by performing a variety of administrative tasks.</p> <p>This role will focus on three primary functions: General Administrative Duties, Recruiting and Applicant Tracking, and Employee Training Coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li>General Administrative Duties (25% of productive labor time): </li></ol> <ul> <li>Manage and organize office operations and procedures. </li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. </li><li>Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems. </li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. </li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. </li><li>Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Recruiting and Applicant Tracking (35% of productive labor time): </li></ol> <ul> <li>Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements on various platforms. </li><li>Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. </li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. </li><li>Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status. </li><li>Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. </li><li>Assist in the preparation and distribution of offer letters and other recruitment-related documents. </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Employee Training Coordination (40% of productive labor time): </li></ol> <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars. </li><li>Maintain and update training records and documentation. </li><li>Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and resources. </li><li>Monitor and track employee participation and progress in training programs. </li><li>Provide administrative support to trainers and facilitators during training sessions. </li><li>Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to improve future programs. </li></ul> <p>Relevant Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software. </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma is required as a minimum qualification </li><li>An associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. </li><li>Courses or Certification in HR Management are desirable. </li></ul> <p>Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in administrative roles, particularly in HR or recruitment, is essential. This includes managing office operations, handling communications, and maintaining records and databases. </li><li>Previous experience in recruiting and applicant tracking, such as developing job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. </li><li>Experience in employee training coordination, including scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, developing training materials, and monitoring employee progress. </li><li>Prior experience with ADP Vantage is highly desirable. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Standard office environment with regular business hours. </li><li>Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events or training sessions. </li><li>Flexible working arrangements may be available. </li></ul>
