<p>Job Title: Document Control / Project Control / Change Manager (Procore Specialist)</p> <p>Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Project Management / Construction Operations</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>This role is central to maintaining control over documentation, change processes, and project reporting for large mega-size commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Procore, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to coordinating stakeholders across multiple project phases. You will be responsible for maintaining document integrity, facilitating change control, and ensuring project controls are aligned with company and client expectations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Document Control</p> <ul> <li>Implement and manage Procore as the central repository for project documentation </li><li>Maintain records of contracts, submittals, drawings, RFIs, and daily logs </li><li>Ensure document version control and proper filing procedures </li><li>Distribute documents to relevant project team members and ensure accessibility </li></ul> <p>Project Controls</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update project reporting schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts </li><li>Monitor key performance indicators and generate status reports for leadership </li><li>Support cost tracking and variance analysis </li><li>Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure timely data exchange </li></ul> <p>Change Management</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and document all project scope, schedule, and cost changes </li><li>Coordinate internal and client-facing change approval workflows </li><li>Maintain a robust change log for reporting and auditing </li><li>Analyze impacts of changes and support mitigation planning </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) </li><li>5+ years of experience in a similar role within commercial construction </li><li>Expertise in Procore document workflows and reporting tools </li><li>Solid understanding of commercial project lifecycles and construction documentation standards </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills </li></ul> <p>Tools & Technologies</p> <p>Platform</p> <p>Level of Proficiency</p> <p>Procore</p> <p>Advanced</p> <p>Microsoft Excel</p> <p>Advanced</p> <p>SharePoint / EDMS</p> <p>Familiarity</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Procore certification </li><li>Experience with industry standards for document and change control </li><li>Ability to train and support project teams on best practices </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods. </li><li>Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Ability to lift and carry office supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds. </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity Statement</p> <p>BE&K Building Group is an equal opportunity employer.
