Our success depends on people who are committed to our purpose and have an appetite for progress.</p> <p>The Manager Strategy&Program Delivery will manage and collaborate with the US Operations Leadership Team (VP Ops, VP Manufacturing, Manufacturing Directors, Functional Directors) to deploy the US Operations Strategy and Results Delivery.</p> <p>Your 'day to day':</p> <ul> <li>Lead the regional footprint/equipment masterplan and ensure the alignment of regional activities with global strategy. Validate top-down initiative with factories management. Initiate bottom-up initiatives to optimize layout / asset utilization. Collect and provide key Manufacturing assumptions for Industrial Strategy definition and ensure its link with Results Delivery stream (SDDS / PDCA) </li><li>Act as Regional GM representative for monthly MTP cycle and Regional GM representative to propose/ensure deployment of proper sourcing/volume allocation and Manned Capacity Utilization achievement </li><li>Lead US Operations SDDS cycle, including ZLJ definition and cascading, Master Plan preparation. Partner with Regional Open+ team to ensure respective standards and CBAs are applied. Synchronize both with Global and affiliate SDDS to ensure proper cascading </li><li>Lead US Operations PDCA cycle, including KPI Dashboard management, Act-React initiation and follow up, 90 Days Plan update. Ensure Open+ standards and CBAs are applied. Identify capabilities gaps and support its elimination </li><li>Coordinate the US Operations Loss Analysis, following Global guidelines. Bring insights to Regional / Factories leadership teams. Ensure collaboration within and outside the Region (Central functions, other Regions) to shift Non-Recoverable Losses to Recoverable </li><li>Lead Regional Manufacturing SVC Labor Productivity stream. Coordinate prioritization of Labor Productivity initiatives. Drive Labor Productivity portfolio execution and its links with labor loss tree </li><li>Identify needs for digital solution development and contribute to its deployment </li><li>Own Org Standard fit-gap and exception management process for the Region. Own Opera model for the Region. Identify opportunities to improve the standard and escalate to the central team. Support MoF deployment within area of responsibility </li></ul> <p>Who we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sciences or similar </li><li>Legally authorized to work in the US </li><li>Established track record of successfully delivering Program/ Projects </li><li>Experience within various areas of Operations (SCh, GLPD, Manufacturing, etc.) </li><li>Deep understanding of Operating model and the role of Global Manufacturing in it. </li><li>Knowledge of key manufacturing processes, technologies and standard ways of working (Open+), focusing on Performance Management standards </li><li>A creative and analytical problem-solver, with the ability to think 'outside the box' when encountering project challenges </li><li>Strong influencing and collaboration skills; able to advise and constructively challenge senior team members </li><li>Clear understanding of PMI project management tools and techniques </li><li>Project management, Project management system, Pitching PRO, PMI Business acumen, Change management, People Fundamentals, Portfolio management, Data Analytics, Negotiation skills, PMI financial knowledge, Presenting and Facilitation (TTT) </li></ul> <p>Annual Base Salary Range: $140,250-$187,000</p> <p>What we offer</p> <ul> <li>We offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! </li><li>We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace. </li><li>Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
