<p>What You Should Know About the RN Float Role:</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time RN Float position serving Lancaster and surrounding areas. </li><li>Schedule: 8:30am - 6:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation. </li><li>The RN Float is a DRIVING position </li></ul> <p>The RN Team Nurse's Essential Duties Are:</p> <p>The RN Team Nurse carries the responsibility of flexibility in diverse Ohio's Hospice RN roles as a float team member assisting Care Partners, Coming Home, Extended-Hours/On-Call and the Admission Departments and IPU as needed. Float team staff will collaborate with various IDT members both internal and external of the organization. Clinical services will be scheduled in a timely fashion according to the patient's plan of care, observing patient's continuity of care to achieve the desired outcome of comfortable and peaceful death for patients.
