<p>Kforce's client, a well-established organization is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards to lead compensation and benefits strategy and execution. This role ensures programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals, supporting talent attraction, retention, and engagement. The client offers salary and benefits, wellness programs, 401(k) and other company benefits. This position will be in the Saint Louis, MO area and function as hybrid, 3 days a week and 2 days home.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Lead total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits programs </li><li>Oversee health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs, including open enrollment </li><li>Manage annual compensation cycles, salary structures, and incentive programs </li><li>Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and pay equity analyses </li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits regulations </li><li>Leverage HRIS and data to monitor trends, KPIs, and program effectiveness </li><li>Partner with Finance and HR leaders on budgeting and workforce initiatives </li><li>Support benefits and retirement plan committees and acquisitions as needed* Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field </li><li>8+ years of progressive total rewards experience </li><li>Strong knowledge of compensation laws and benefits compliance </li><li>Advanced in Microsoft Suite, Excel, analytical and interpersonal skills </li><li>Professional certifications preferred (CCP, CEBS, SHRM/HRCI) </li></ul>
