<p>Job Title: Occupational Health Clinic Coordinator</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Occupational Health Clinic Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily onsite clinical operations, with a focus on Workers' Compensation, employee health services, and case management. This role involves collaboration with first responders and a remote Medical Director to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient care delivery. The position allows for a strong emphasis on quality, documentation, training, and program coordination, with patient volume ranging from 0 to 15 visits per day.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide frontline occupational health services with a primary focus on Workers' Compensation cases. </li><li>Perform clinical assessments, triage, and coordinate care in alignment with the Medical Director's guidance. </li><li>Conduct drug and alcohol testing according to company and regulatory standards. </li><li>Support employee pre-screening, onboarding, and new hire health orientation as needed. </li><li>Manage Workers' Compensation cases from injury intake through follow-up and resolution. </li><li>Coordinate communication between employees, HR, the Medical Director, and external providers. </li><li>Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures, including ADA-related processes. </li><li>Sign and adhere to NDAs related to Workers' Compensation and employee health data. </li><li>Support new-hire safety and health training. </li><li>Assist with onboarding workflows related to occupational health requirements. </li><li>Coordinate onsite wellness services and vendor visits, such as hearing and vision screenings. </li><li>Conduct routine equipment checks, including EKG safety checks. </li><li>Maintain clinic readiness, supplies, and documentation standards. </li><li>Support quality improvement initiatives and workflow optimization. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in occupational health, workers' compensation, or clinical case management. </li><li>Strong knowledge of workplace health, injury management, and compliance processes. </li><li>Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to collaborate with a remote Medical Director. </li><li>Current State Licensure - Must have an active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of South Carolina. </li><li>Minimum 5+ years of emergency or clinical nursing experience preferred. </li><li>CPR / BLS Provider certification required. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proficient experience using Outlook, Excel, and other computer skills. </li><li>Prior experience working in an onsite or employer-based clinic preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with ADA, FMLA, and case management processes. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment is an onsite clinic setting within a manufacturing site that spans approximately 1 acre. The clinic is supported by EMT staff and first responders.
