<p>Our client, a growing, mission-oriented organization in Philadelphia, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team and support multiple C-Suite executives.</p> <p>The ideal candidate can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and have strong people management skills in a team environment to cultivate working relationships</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Complex calendar and scheduling in multiple time zones </li><li>Coordinating multi-leg travel arrangements </li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders </li><li>Coordinate board meetings including materials, communication, and all logistics </li><li>Track priorities and deliverables across the organization </li><li>Organize, execute, and assist with team events and meetings </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field </li><li>Minimum of 7 years of executive support, preferably supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, anticipating the needs of the executives and acting decisively without the need for prompting </li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and maintaining composure under pressure </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality </li><li>Proficient in all Microsoft Suite tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize </li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team </li></ul> <p>Juno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
