<p>The Warehouse Supervisor III will manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe movement of goods in a fast-paced environment. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse teams, drives productivity, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures operational excellence across receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and replenishment. This role also partners closely with management on process improvements, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. </li><li>Assign work, balance labor, and monitor workflow to ensure service levels and production targets are met. </li><li>Serve as the primary escalation point for floor issues and resolve operational problems in real time. </li><li>Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse supervisors, employees and coordinators. </li><li>Conduct performance feedback, support development plans, and provide training to ensure team competency. </li><li>Support the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of warehouse personnel. </li><li>Promote an engaged, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. </li><li>Performing daily inspections of work area and reporting any irregularities. </li><li>Implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities. </li><li>Handling discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy </li><li>Conducting daily employee huddles and communicating organizational needs to employees </li><li>Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns or grievances in a timely and professional manner. </li><li>Reviewing and verifying employee timesheets and approving overtime when necessary. </li><li>Providing feedback to company managers and advising on changes to improve the operation </li><li>Monitoring the use of machine and electronic equipment, including but not limited to power industrial equipment </li><li>Training new supervisors and organizing refresher workshops for existing employees. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Problem solving and decision-making aptitude </li><li>Proficient in using operations management software and tools (e.g WMS, ERP systems). </li><li>Familiar with industry regulations and compliance (e.g. HACCP, SQF, AIB, USDA regulations). </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays based on business need. </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Experience in food, manufacturing, or 24/7 distribution environment. </li><li>OSHA forklift certification and experience with PIT training preferred </li><li>Basic analytical skills </li><li>Ability to design and implement workgroup training programs. </li><li>Diligent and punctual. </li><li>General Computer skills (Familiar with MS Office) </li><li>Food safety and safety awareness </li><li>Strong work ethic </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience </li><li>3-5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. </li><li>Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments (food manufacturing/production preferred if applicable). </li><li>Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, picking, put-away, replenishment, and shipping. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to physically lift, push pull and stand for long periods of time without reasonable accommodations. </li><li>Ability to lift over 50lbs and stand and maintain active for long periods of time without reasonable accommodation. </li><li>Ability to work extended hours as needed. </li><li>Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. </li><li>Comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer warehouse environment. </li><li>Shift and/or hours are subject to change based on business needs </li></ul> <p>#LI-MS1</p> <p>#LI-ONSITE</p>
