Join us as we change the future of addiction healthcare.</p> <p>If you believe in recovery, harm reduction, and member-centered care - this is your place.</p> <p>Salary: $53,000 - $65,000</p> <ul> <li>Dependent on licensure, education and tenure </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. </li><li>Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. </li><li>Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. </li><li>Monitor member progress and document outcomes. </li><li>Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. </li><li>Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations (LADC, CADC, LCAC, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.). </li><li>2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting. </li><li>Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace. </li><li>Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care. </li><li>Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules. </li></ul>
