<p>HR Specialist</p> <p>Location: Beresford, SD</p> <p>Hours: 7AM-4PM</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Are you passionate about people and organization? Join our team as an HR Specialist, where you'll play a key role in creating a positive employee experience and supporting day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you'll ensure smooth and efficient HR processes - from onboarding new hires to maintaining compliance and promoting team member engagement - all while helping make Prinsco a great place to work.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>HR Administrative Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain and update employee information in HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare, distribute, and file HR-related documents and communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Verify timecards, attendance records, and assist with reporting requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Support monthly HR metrics tracking and compliance audits.</p> </li></ul> <p>Recruiting & Onboarding</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling onsite interviews and coordinating site tours.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure timely candidate communication and feedback in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct engaging new hire orientations and onboarding sessions to set up new team members for success.</p> </li></ul> <p>Team Member Relations & Engagement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Respond to routine HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.</p> </li><li> <p>Support site-level engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition events.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the EHS Manager and Corporate HR team on workers' compensation claims and safe return-to-work efforts.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compliance, EHS, and Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Track and document training, licensures, and certification requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current on HR regulations to help ensure site compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in special HR and safety projects, open enrollment, and committee work.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to a culture of learning through cross-training and continuous improvement.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Previous HR experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or similar environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfort working with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.</p> </li><li> <p>A collaborative approach and desire to make a positive impact on your workplace.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love Working Here</p> <p>At Prinsco, you'll be part of a supportive, hands-on team that values people, safety, and growth.
