<p>MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Associate Degree or equivalent related experience </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years' experience in aircraft (or related) production/manufacturing field </li><li>Working knowledge of schedules and flow charts </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word) </li><li>Analytical skills </li><li>Good communication skills, written and oral </li></ul> <p>Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation.</p> <p>ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>LEAN Certification</p> <p>PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):</p> <ul> <li>Expedite and resolve production related issues with upstream suppliers and downstream customers of assigned Back shop area which include but are not limited to: </li><li>Parts Planning Tool (PPT) shortages </li><li>Requests for Manufacturing Engineering Assistance (RMEA's), Quick Engineering Change Sheets (QECS's), Engineering Work Orders (EWO's), and other production data management references </li><li>Assist in coordinating internal Back shop performance through: </li><li>Load/capacity balancing </li><li>Cost reduction plans to the IMS </li><li>Create/coordinate recovery plans for IMS deviations </li><li>Process improvement </li><li>Monitor and track assigned work center's performance to: </li><li>IMS </li><li>Cost Reduction Plan </li><li>Internal schedules </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:</p> <p>The compensation for this position typically falls between $50,000 and $65.000 annually. This position is eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
