<p>Overview</p> <p>At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are looking to hire a part-time Package Investigations Specialist, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing reasonable resolutions to delivery-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience with compassion and problem-solving.</p> <p>This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.</p> <p>Scheduling: Hours are available between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.
