<p>Conducts intake and trauma assessments, Autism evaluations, and outpatient therapy sessions. Coordinates care for clients in need of multiple services including with other service providers.</p> <p>Major Duties</p> <ul> <li>Provides tailored outpatient therapy sessions and uses evidence-based techniques and interventions. Creates detailed and individualized treatment plans. Maintains accurate and confidential client records and other relevant documentation. </li><li>Conducts comprehensive assessments to better understand the clients' mental health, family concerns, and relevant factors that may impact the client or family. </li><li>Collaborates with healthcare providers to coordinate care through meetings, emails, and phone calls. </li><li>Stays informed about the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and ethical standards in social work.
