Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>8+ years experience working with Verint and Avaya systems Support on premise Avaya Voice Contact Center, Zoom Call center with remote locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Redesign Service Division call flows with Skill reduction and consolidated reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and deploy IVR apps with auto-answering agents</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor assigned telecommunication systems to identify necessary upgrades, and enhancements while simultaneously implementing upgrades and patching telephony by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and lead vulnerability remediations.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop test and implementation procedures for call center changes and new builds.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 8 years experience working with Verint and Avaya systems</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 8 years of Support on premise Avaya Voice Contact Center, Zoom Call center with remote locations.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma/GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or Associate's degree </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
