This role provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of liver conditions, including cirrhosis, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver disorders, pre- and post-transplant care, and other complex hepatology needs. The APP will work collaboratively with hepatologists, nursing, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
