<p>Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening for a Rental Operations Assistant in Little Rock, AR. We are looking for motivated individuals to assist in our fast-paced rental department. Trailer experience and/or mechanical aptitude is required.</p> <p>This individual will assist with the daily operations within our rental and lease department. They will participate in all aspects of rental equipment inventory management, rental sales, and customer service. Hale offers competitive compensation and excellent medical, vision & dental benefits, paid vacation and a matching 401k and profit-sharing plan.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships with existing and new customers. </li><li>Filing rental paperwork and maintaining all trailer and customer files. </li><li>Providing rental trailer outbound/inbound inspections, report damages and/or maintenance issues. </li><li>Prepare customer damage estimates and customer bill backs. </li><li>Assist customers with scheduled and emergency repair services and solutions. </li><li>Perform equipment audits and assist in equipment inventory management as directed. </li><li>Adherence to our company safety program. </li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year experience in the heavy-duty truck/trailer industry or related background. </li><li>Must have solid mechanical aptitude. </li><li>Must present a professional, positive, results oriented, and problem-solving attitude. </li><li>Must have good written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and multi-task. </li><li>Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite. </li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours based on workload. </li><li>Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test. </li></ul>
