<p>We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to enhance our team capabilities on delivering key experiences for our Corporate Communication team. An ideal candidate is well versed in Full Stack technologies, collaborating closely with product managers and technical architects supporting our Corporate Communication business on providing the latest technologies and automations. Additionally, you will be responsible to lead and mentor the tech team through the requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving large-scale software solution following agile development process. </li><li>Interact closely for requirements with product owners, business and technical teams. </li><li>Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. </li><li>Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, mentoring and influencing other engineers in the team. </li><li>Learn new and changing technologies and adapt to ensure best software practices and standards. </li><li>Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community. </li></ul> <p>What you will bring:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Web servers (Apache, Nginx), REST APIs and GraphQL. </li><li>Expertise in front-end stack (ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Redux libraries) and back-end stack (Java, NodeJS, and Microservices knowledge). </li><li>Experience with big data technologies, such as, Hadoop, Hive or Spark. </li><li>Experience with DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD, to support effective development and deployment processes. </li><li>Ability to perform in a team environment, while multitasking between several different requirements and features concurrently. </li><li>Great analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude with a strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills. </li><li>Excellent analytical skills, coupled with a strong problem-solving attitude.
