<p>Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Inspect, test and monitor ski lift machinery and components. </li><li>Execute scheduled maintenance on ski lift machinery and components, tools and buildings. </li><li>Respond to, and determine cause of, lift operational problems. Implement solutions, asking for advice and assistance from Lift Maintenance Supervisor as necessary, to expedite a safe solution or correct lift operator error, explaining problem and solution to the operator. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all resort, department, manufacturer's recommendation, ANSI B.77 and State Tramway regulations policies, and procedures. </li><li>Act as crew leader and oversee daily tasks of assigned crew members. </li><li>Log, (legibly and accurately) all maintenance and repairs on log sheets and complete scheduled work orders for transfer to maintenance record keeping. </li><li>Participate in training lift operators and less experienced lift maintenance personnel. </li></ul> <p>Other Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate with little or no daily supervision. </li><li>Inform Lift Maintenance Supervisor of all work in progress and any problems encountered. </li><li>Organize and clean shop and work areas. </li><li>Remove snow from around lift machinery and buildings in winter. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
