Please note, at the time of hire, we require that all applicants provide official college transcripts.</p> <p>River Valley Community College seeks a qualified Adjunct Faculty to teach Clinical Practicum Site Visits for our Fall 2025 semester. River Valley Community College can only hire faculty who reside in the six (6) New England states.</p> <p>Adjunct Faculty at River Valley Community College</p> <p>Allied Health</p> <p>Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathogenic Microbiology)</p> <p>This class runs on Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 3:50 pm. Lecture is on Tuesdays and is delivered online via Zoom. Lab meets on Thursday afternoons from 1:00-3:50pm.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: Master's degree from a recognized college or university with major study in Medical Laboratory Science or a closely related field in health sciences. Possession of a Master's degree in Education shall require 12 College credits in Medical Laboratory Science or a closely related health sciences field.</p> <p>Experience: Two (2) to Six (6) years of teaching experience in Medical or Laboratory Science, or two (2) to six (6) years of business or industry experience as a Medical or Laboratory Technologist or a closely related health sciences field.</p> <p>Special Requirements/Licensure: MLT or MLS certification from either ASCP or AMT, 2+ years working as a clinical microbiologist.</p> <p>Adjunct Compensation: Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.</p> <p>Application Process:</p> <p>Submit your application online at</p>
