<p>Work From Home - Central Indiana</p> <p>Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544</p> <p>At Franciscan, the Demand and Resource Manager create, communicate and facilitate the demand and resource management processes based on best practice. The position reviews all demand for projects and works with the FAIS organization to ensure resource and capacity planning to meet priority needs based on informed Governance decision making. Franciscan Health takes pride in hiring coworkers that provide compassionate, comprehensive care for our patients and the communities we serve.</p> <p>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain a framework to document and qualify project request (demands) to ensure timely processing and clear, ongoing communication of status.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain information about individual staff assignments, expected start/end dates, allocations of total available time and roles filled.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor actual usage versus planned usage for each project and report on major variances.</p> </li><li> <p>Produce a variety of management and executive dashboards and reports for transparency.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with project schedules and perform resource forecasting.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the FAIS team to document and optimize workflow processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist, maintain and execute the FAIS governance process that validates priority, garners approvals and determines the relative ranking of project requests (demands).</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve conflicting/competing resource requirements and needs among requesters, and offer alternatives to initial resource requesters and external resource providers.
