<p>Position is located in our Englewood, Colorado office location.</p> <p>DESCRIPTION</p> <ul> <li> <p>Exhibits high levels of customer service, compassion, professionalism, and empathy to all patients at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with the practice manager and medical assistant in scheduling appointments and oversees patient flow in the office, practicing safe and healthy control methods while working with patients</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in provider meetings and staff meetings as determined by the Medical Director</p> </li><li> <p>Interprets test results to diagnose health conditions and provides feedback to patients.</p> </li><li> <p>Counsels' patients regarding medications use, side-affects and compliance expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Completes patient evaluations and physical exams with thorough, timely documentation to include coordination of care</p> </li><li> <p>Follows best practice clinical guidelines to accurate diagnosis and treat patients</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains detailed, timely medical record documentation including patients' progress with medication and/or treatment.</p> </li><li> <p>Contacts patients' PCPs and/or specialists when clinically indicated.</p> </li><li> <p>Makes referrals to other specialty providers when clinically indicated.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluates lab results and consults with Medical Director/Supervising Physician regarding abnormal findings</p> </li><li> <p>Reviews any unusual medication adjustments with the Medical Director/Supervising Physician</p> </li></ul> <p>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Current N.P. or P.A. Colorado license in good standing</p> </li><li> <p>EMR software experience</p> </li><li> <p>Current CSR Certificate and U.S. DEA Substance Registration Certificate (Data 2000 Waiver)</p> </li><li></li><li> <p>Prior experience with Chemical Dependency treatment preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience with MAT preferred</p>
