This role is essential for developing and</p> <p>maintaining high-quality CTE programs that prepare students for both college and career success. The position</p> <p>will be funded through the Perkins budget.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities and Justification:</p> <ol> <li>Career Connected Pathways Support </li></ol> <p>? Coordinate with industry partners to align curriculum with current workforce demands</p> <p>? Guide pathway teachers in implementing industry-standard technical skills and safety protocols</p> <p>? Create seamless transitions between secondary CTE programs and post-secondary opportunities</p> <p>? Monitor student progress and completion of industry certifications</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Workforce Development Enhancement </li></ol> <p>? Establish and maintain partnerships with local employers and industry advisory boards</p> <p>? Facilitate employer input in curriculum development and program evaluation</p> <p>? Track labor market trends to ensure pathway alignment with employment opportunities</p> <p>? Support students in developing essential workplace skills and professional competencies</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Program Quality and Compliance </li></ol> <p>? Ensure programs meet state and federal CTE requirements</p> <p>? Coordinate data collection and reporting for Perkins funding</p> <p>?
