You\'ll also receive attendance bonuses and discounts on products.</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Follow all established safety protocols and wear required PPE</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in team assembly for larger aquarium builds</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure production meets quality standards</p> </li><li> <p>Complete Product Quality Verification (PQV) worksheets accurately</p> </li><li> <p>Use daily timesheets to track materials and production quantities</p> </li><li> <p>Keep accurate production and scrap counts</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized work area using LEAN/5S principles</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with developing SOPs and best practices for tank assembly</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, NPD)</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Profile</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required </li><li>3-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p> </li><li> <p>Strong work ethic with consistent attendance</p> </li><li> <p>Good interpersonal and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable with team assembly on larger tanks</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Work is performed in a factory manufacturing setting. Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors, and fumes.
