<p>Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community located in Springdale, OH is looking for a Full-time shift Housekeeper to add to our housekeeping team! This is a Monday - Friday position with no weekends or holidays. Hours for this position are 330p-1130p. The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $17.50 per hour. There is also a shift differential for working night shift. Pay is based on prior experience.</p> <p>The Night Shift Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility during evening hours. This role plays an important part in supporting infection control and ensuring a comfortable, healthy environment for all.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, lounge areas, and common areas </li><li>Empty trash and replace liners, vacuum floors, and some dusting </li><li>Restock paper products, and cleaning supplies as needed </li><li>Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass. </li><li>Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor </li><li>Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with residents, resident families, and fellow coworkers. </li><li>Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision </li><li>Keeps utility storage rooms in good order by arranging supplies. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Benefits: Benefits will begin after 30 days of employment!
