This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>A valid PA driver's license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required.Previous floor care experience preferred but not required.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p> <p>Strips, waxes, and buffs tile floors in public areas using appropriate floor care equipment.Vacuums hallways and public areas.Performs daily spot checking and removes any spots/stains on carpets. Cleans carpets using carpet extractor and cleans various public areas. Moves furniture to clean floors or hard to reach areas as needed.
