In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience.</p> <p>This internship is in-person at our St. Petersburg, FL location during the dates of May 19th to August 8th, 2025.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provides support to professional employees working in an organizational function related to the Intern's area of study. </li><li>Contributes to assigned projects and mayassistwith the development and maintenance of documentation or records. </li><li>Learns organizational processes and procedures. </li><li>Job shadowsother more experienced professionals and or support staff. </li><li>May also support the documentation & updates of procedures or work instructions. </li><li>Handles basic issues and problems </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prepare HR-related reports as needed. </li><li>Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. </li><li>Assist in the recruiting process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback, and processing new hire paperwork. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Required education and experience:Must be currently enrolled in related HR coursesorbewithin 6 months of graduation.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge, skills & abilities:Ability to work as part of a team. Oral and written communication skills. Attentiveness.
