<p>Division Coordinator Position Summary:</p> <p>Performs broad administrative and staff support duties for the organization. Position has continual contact with field supervisors, management, project staff and external customers.</p> <p>Hiring Requirements for Division Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent courses in business administration. </li><li>2+ years administrative support experience. </li><li>Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. </li><li>Possesses a result-oriented attitude regarding processes and procedures. </li><li>Good communication skills required, good interpersonal and organizational skills mandatory. </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. </li><li>Must be courteous, professional, and diplomatic. </li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen </li></ul> <p>At R.H.
