If you're a data-driven and tech-savvy marketer with a passion for beauty and a knack for crafting compelling campaigns, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>In this role you will lead mobile messaging marketing channels and operations. Channels include mobile messaging on Sephora properties, including app push and SMS and ideating the next phase of mobile messaging to ensure a seamless client experience and to meet primary KPIs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Retention Marketing, you will work closely with internal and external partners delivering results that are highly visible and critical to revenue & traffic for Sephora. You'll be part of a high-performing Digital Marketing center of excellence, partnering with your teammates that own email programs, and other digital marketing channels.</p> <p>In addition, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop the strategy & vision for mobile messaging, prioritizing initiatives for team across all channels and innovating on new channels and/or experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Drive mobile messaging performance including lead forecasting and planning of Mobile Messaging business to ensure comps and sales goals are met</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and develop team of ~7 employees with a focus on coaching, developing & retaining high performing talent</p> </li><li> <p>Lead Mobile Messaging Team to:</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure overall calendar planning hits both Sephora revenue goals while also balancing a holistic view of client touchpoints</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure Product | Tech requests are properly prioritized</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure client journey work strategies are actionable</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure testing opportunities are prioritized and executed</p> </li><li> <p>Closely partner with Marketing Effectiveness to define and prioritize analytical project roadmap in support of growth and health of Mobile Messaging channels</p> </li><li> <p>Interpret campaign, channel, and client data to inform planning and personalization strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong cross functional relationships with key business partners including Tech, Merchants, Promo, Loyalty, CRM, Analytics, Client Experience and other digital marketing channels to socialize channel strategy, priorities, and goals to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective performance management</p> </li><li> <p>Execute on strategic plan to pilot new channels and scale successful channels, partnering with Product Management, IT, and vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with cross-functional teams to grow file size and health, including SMS optins, SMS fraud, App Push opt-ins, App Location opt-ins</p> </li><li> <p>Lead end-to-end execution of mobile messaging campaigns, including all aspects of campaign production, from setup, proofing, testing and QA, to deployment of campaigns and ensure flawless execution</p> </li><li> <p>Keep a strong pulse on mobile messaging & industry trends and innovation</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and support important/strategic initiatives such as Budgeting process, and Operating Committee performance updates, and special projects</p> </li></ul> <p>We're looking for a strong strategic leader with:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of digital marketing expertise, with a proven track record in mobile marketing and driving channel revenue. </li><li>6+ years of deep understanding of mobile landscape, best practices (e.g., segmentation, personalization, performing content), emerging technologies, and a finger on the pulse of industry trends. </li><li>Experience Managing a team </li><li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Embrace and lead through change for self and team, and open-minded in art of the possible </li><li>Passion for data-driven decision-making to drive performance and optimize client experience. </li><li>Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams. </li><li>Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Experience with multi-channel engagement / mobile marketing platforms and technologies (e.g., Braze, Airship, etc.) </li><li>Experience with driving operational efficiencies and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns </li><li>Passion for exploring/embracing/adopting new emerging technologies and how marketing technologies may evolve </li><li>Experience developing presentations and presenting to senior executive stakeholders. </li><li>High proficiency of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Adobe Analytics </li></ul>
