<p>The Church Communication Department is in search of a lead of Artificial Intelligence to help guide the adoption of generative AI across Church departments. You will collaborate closely will internal experts in legal, information technology, privacy, ethics, and security roles.</p> <p>Expertise in AI product management and a deep understanding of digital transformation are key to this role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the Church AI ecosystem, partnering with departments to raise it to world-class standards, creating a lasting impact on the lives of millions throughout the world. Your ability to articulate strategies to leadership and cross-functional teams will be critical, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.</p> <ul> <li>Enterprise AI Strategy:?Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive enterprise AI strategy. </li><li>Guidelines and Governance:?Develop and recommend guidelines, governance structures, and initiatives that align with and support the overarching AI strategy. </li><li>Advisory Role:?Provide guidance to AI product managers on best practices that are consistent with the enterprise AI strategy. </li><li>Resource Alignment:?Create and execute a plan to efficiently align resources with the AI strategy. </li><li>Omnichannel Strategy:?Work in close cooperation with other channel managers to implement a Church-wide omnichannel strategy, promoting a seamless user experience across all platforms. </li><li>Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators for AI products, and regularly monitor and report on their effectiveness. </li><li>International Collaboration:?Engage with area presidencies and staff to identify and address the needs for AI applications internationally, ensuring our AI solutions cater to a global audience. </li><li>Product Marketing:?Lead the product marketing and support initiatives for AI applications. </li><li>Team Leadership:?Lead a team of AI strategy partners, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging the sharing of ideas and best practices. </li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate complex strategies and progress updates to leadership and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and audience understanding. </li><li>Training Development: Design and deliver effective training programs for internal staff on AI tools and best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics. </li><li>Education: Requires a relevant bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and at least ten years of industry track record, or equivalent combination of education and experience, of successful product management and successful business creation. </li><li>Experience: The candidate should have extensive experience with product management of AI applications. He or she should have a deep understanding of product management and technological solutions and principles of digital transformation and meeting user needs through omni-channel experiences. </li><li>Skills and Attributes: The candidate should have a passion for digital technology and vision for significant opportunities in providing experiences and content that enhance experience with the gospel of Jesus Christ. They will also work with stakeholders and comprehend and understand needs across diverse audiences and business operations. Humility and the ability to listen first and understand is essential. </li><li>Leadership and Management: The candidate will have a solid understanding and experience with formulating and executing on strategy. They will have the ability to understand, prioritize and build consensus around strategic needs. They must be able to operate in an environment that manages the needs of many stakeholders at differing levels. Interpersonal skills and communication are key, as well as the ability to develop trust based on competence and goodwill. The position will also need to work closely with related positions. </li></ul>
