<p>Club Car boasts a 60+ year history of industry-leading innovation and design, initially focused on golf cars and then expanding to commercial utility vehicles and personal-use transportation.</p> <p>GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Provide front-line phone support and account ownership to assigned accounts.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Achieve level 1 Visage system proficiency and take ownership of assigned accounts. </li><li>Provide customer support and some technical issue resolution via phone, e-mail, and chat </li><li>Liaison to all customer needs, monitoring cross departmental cases through to completion </li><li>Administer software subscription trials for i3 Facilities as requested by CSMs and approved by Partner Management Group </li><li>Track and manage all active trials in Salesforce.com </li><li>Communicate with Sales Channel/CSMs to drive new software subscription sales post-trial period </li><li>Provide training/guidance to customer in all uses of the Visage system </li><li>Proactively identify and help correct operational issues at the customer's facility </li><li>Proactively monitor/maintain system equipment to ensure maximum uptime </li><li>Audit assigned account information and system usage to optimize system performance </li><li>Provide clear documentation on all customer correspondence </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required </li><li>Strong customer service skills and experience </li><li>Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines </li><li>With proper training, be comfortable in a consultative sales role for software subscription sales </li><li>Able to promptly answer support related E-Mail, phone calls and other electronic communications </li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. </li><li>Proficient in internet related applications such as Microsoft products, Web Browsers. </li><li>Strong computer skills. </li><li>Excellent communication (oral & written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. </li><li>Golf business/pro-shop knowledge and experience. </li><li>Background in customer support-related roles. </li></ul> <p>Club Car is a diverse and inclusive environment.
