From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>The Warehouse Associate's primary role is to perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain facilities/warehouse operation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee maintenance and appearance of the facilities and grounds throughout the property </li><li>Daily management of a small labor crew trash runs, curb appeal through outdoor groundskeeping and overall upkeep of the facilities exterior </li><li>Catalog and track all inventory of assets for this facility as well as other locations that may request items such as furniture, forklifts, warehouse equipment, and racking </li><li>Complete all safety checklists on a daily, and monthly basis to ensure Corporate Safety/Compliance </li><li>Unloading and loading semi trailers </li><li>Organization, consolidation and storage of all warehouse inventory </li><li>Light maintenance duties when assigned as well as any and all other duties assigned </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1 to 3 years of warehouse experience to include warehouse organization, receiving and processing shipments, and the stocking and organizing inventory </li><li>Must have a current and valid drivers license </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to operate a sit down forklift, and pallet jack </li><li>1 to 3 years of inventory control and asset control </li><li>1 to 3 years with basic groundskeeping </li><li>1 to 3 years with logistics and transportation system/organization </li><li>Experience with Google Suite such as Gmail, and Google Docs </li><li>Strong knowledge of safe work practices and procedures typical for warehouse operations </li><li>Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment with limited resources </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship not available for this role</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $24.00/Hour - $29.00/Hour</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.</p> <p>The base pay range shown is a guideline.
