<p>Northeast Security is seeking Security Concierge Officers for premiere Class A buildings in Cambridge.</p> <p>Pay Rate: $27.00/hour</p> <p>Schedule: Part-Time Monday-Friday 6:00am-10:00am 20 hours per week</p> <p>Role offers parking on-site</p> <p>Security Concierge Rover Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Concierge will be front facing and a direct representation for not only the building, but the clients that are in the building as well. </li><li>Concierge will need to uphold the client's appearance and culture at all times along with making guests feel welcomed and approachable. </li><li>Must keep a professional appearance. </li><li>Conduct frequent patrols of the property, on their feet and moving around for the majority of the shift. </li><li>Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential </li><li>Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued </li><li>Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents. </li><li>Basic computer knowledge </li><li>Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel. </li><li>Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations. </li></ul> <p>Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc</p> <p>Security Concierge Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service skills and service delivery orientation </li><li>Client Management Skills </li><li>Strong Leadership skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to show responsibility and friendliness towards clients and residents. </li><li>Strong professionalism </li><li>Ability to solve conflict/problem solve. </li><li>Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards. </li><li>Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizations </li></ul> <p>Security Concierge Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Customer Service Experience required. </li><li>Previous security Concierge experience, or related field/education. </li><li>Neat and professional appearance </li><li>Dependable means of transportation </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal) </li><li>High School Diploma/GED Equivalent </li><li>Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings. </li><li>Valid Driver's License and clean driving record of three years or more is required. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li></ul> <p>IND123</p>
