Stronger together, we promote an environment where individuals can thrive.</p> <p>Aviation Account Executive</p> <p>Location: Must reside in KS, IA, MO, MN, ND, SD, NE</p> <p>Travel: Moderate</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>Join World Kinect's aviation team as an Aviation Account Executive, support the sales and account management team in identifying opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's aviation products and services through sales and account retention. This is an excellent entry-level role for individuals eager to develop expertise in business aviation and sales while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in researching and identifying new business opportunities. </li><li>Provide support in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. </li><li>Participate in financial calculations to assess basic ROI and support margin evaluations under supervision. </li><li>Learn and apply foundational financial modeling techniques to evaluate multiple inputs and product offerings. </li><li>Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and assist with data entry and analysis. </li><li>Contribute to marketing initiatives and sales campaigns by providing support and insight. </li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Aviation (or equivalent experience) </li><li>2+ years in sales experience </li><li>2+ years at an FBO preferred </li><li>Internships or relevant coursework are a plus </li></ul> <p>Skills & Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills </li><li>Team-oriented with multitasking ability </li><li>Basic financial knowledge and interest in modeling </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Salesforce and AI tool familiarity is a plus </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <ul> <li>Make an impact in a growing aviation business </li><li>Gain hands-on experience and professional development </li><li>Be part of a collaborative, innovative team </li></ul> <p>#WFS</p> <p>World Kinect is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
