<p>Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient team. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experts in the field to help facilitate personal and professional growth and provide superior patient care.</p> <p>Locations: Clermont, Osceola & Oviedo Outpatient Clinics</p> <p>Department: Outpatient - Float Team</p> <p>Hours: Mon - Fri; PRN hours between 8A-5P</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs </li><li>Deliver and manage high quality patient care for multiple diagnoses </li><li>Maintain a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment </li><li>Effectively communicate skills both verbally and in writing </li><li>Promote evidence based patient care </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current OT license in state of Florida </li><li>Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification </li><li>Experience preferred, will consider a new grad </li><li>Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements </li><li>Ability to prescribe, fit, and fabricate orthoses as needed preferred </li></ul>
