<p>Job Title: Spray Applicator</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a Spray Applicator who will be responsible for setting up high-pressure spray reactors, operating and troubleshooting reactor systems, and providing technical feedback to chemists to test chemical formulas for customer applications. The role also includes supporting various activities within the R&D lab and participating in trade shows, including traveling to customers and trade shows as needed.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Set up high-pressure spray reactors. </li><li>Troubleshoot and operate reactor systems effectively. </li><li>Provide technical feedback to chemists for testing chemical formulas. </li><li>Support other activities within the R&D lab. </li><li>Assist in the setup and support for trade shows. </li><li>Travel to customers and trade shows for additional support. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in spray equipment operation and troubleshooting. </li><li>Ability to work closely with chemists to simulate field conditions. </li><li>Proficient in proportioner and spray reactor technologies. </li><li>Knowledge of polyurea, polyurethane, epoxy, silicone, and foam spray applications. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with spray foam, spray applicator techniques, and spray reactors. </li><li>Familiarity with polyurea, polyurethane, silicone, and epoxy compounds. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment consists of a chemistry lab and office setting, where you will collaborate with chemists, R&D personnel, and sales teams. The position operates on a first shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This role offers the opportunity to travel for customer visits and trade shows, contributing significantly to the growth of the business and the development of new formulas.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, WI.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
