<p>Job Title: Financial AnalystJob Description</p> <p>The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in aligning strategic processes with site objectives for both short and long-term targets. The role involves providing critical business analysis and information to support decision-making processes and continuous improvement of business information processes. You will act as an implementation partner for the Line of Business when introducing new corporate processes and support Finance Partnering initiatives. This position requires a global understanding of finance and procurement improvement opportunities, ensuring effective local implementation.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure alignment with Global Finance Strategy in site operations. </li><li>Optimize internal and site-wide processes. </li><li>Drive finance and procurement automation efforts. </li><li>Serve as a financial partner to business units to provide insights and create business value. </li><li>Analyze, budget, and forecast financial data. </li><li>Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Business Review agendas and materials. </li><li>Update site goals and present status to the Senior Leadership Team. </li><li>Prepare monthly management reports for the site. </li><li>Trend, analyze, and forecast site KPIs, providing in-depth analysis to the management group. </li><li>Follow up on corrective actions for KPIs deviating from targets. </li><li>Lead and prepare investment project budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. </li><li>Challenge and support investment projects, ensuring clear business cases and financial governance. </li><li>Participate in investment project meetings at various levels. </li><li>Perform month-end processes and monthly reporting. </li><li>Support financial processes and audits. </li><li>Consolidate investment data for financial reporting. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in logistics, finance, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 7+ years of experience in manufacturing (production, quality, maintenance, people, support). </li><li>Advanced knowledge and experience in IT, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau. </li><li>Excellent analytical skills. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>MBA in logistics, finance, or related field preferred. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent customer service and presentation skills. </li><li>Proven process improvement and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This position requires working on-site 5 days per week in an open office environment with potential distractions.
