Resources would be able to manage lower - complexity builds with minimal oversight in specific domains. Additionally, they will require only light training on Workday tooling beyond what is specific to the Client environment.</p> <p>Skillset Definition</p> <p>General Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Workday PRO certification in relevant tracks </li><li>Working understanding of integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Public APIs) </li></ul> <p>HCM Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Docs, letter templates, Questionnaire, Survey, Reference Letters and custom alerts </li><li>Advanced hand-on process with Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processes </li><li>Ability to create Calculated Fields and Custom reports </li><li>Strong Understanding of building, maintaining and interpreting Security Group Permissions. </li><li>Be able to provide recommendations to Tier 1 Team to fix incorrect transactions </li></ul> <p>Time & Absence Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications </li><li>Advanced hand-on experience with time-off plan configuration including complex accruals, carryovers, shadow plans and touchpoints with leaves and time tracking. </li><li>Advanced hands-on experience with leave configuration including balance periods, cascading leaves, intermittent leaves, and complex eligibility and validation rules. </li><li>Experience with ancillary absence processes such as automated leave return, automatic balance adjustments and transfers, Sell Time Off and others. </li></ul>
