This partnership not only allows us to expand our footprint and find top talent in the Northeast Pennsylvania areas, it also allows us to work with industry leaders who strive for the same level of excellence as we do.</p> <p>Encore's continued success and growth has created a need for a Suppression/Standard Products Service Technician working out of our Reading, PA office.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Provide preventive maintenance inspections and servicing using hand tools and testing equipment. </li><li>Perform functional and operational tests on equipment. </li><li>Inspect, repair, and replace fire extinguishers and emergency lights. </li><li>Provide on-site emergency troubleshooting of fire suppression systems. </li><li>Replace defective sections of hoses. </li><li>Complete and accurately record required information onto system inspection and field reports. </li><li>Document deficiencies at the customer level and notify appropriate persons responsible for non-conformance issues. </li><li>Evaluate customer's site for additional equipment and services that customers may require. </li><li>Maintain company vehicles and appropriate inventory levels for jobs. </li><li>Work in compliance with the Company's safety program. </li><li>Capability to identify or willingness to learn and understand fire (NFPA) Codes. </li></ul> <p>If this sounds like the job for you, here are some of the requirements/things we take into consideration for joining the team!</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma is required.
