<p>Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Voice Engineer to support a mission-focused federal defense organization responsible for delivering secure global communications to the Department of Defense. This position is on-site at Scott AFB, IL. The Enterprise Voice Engineer will provide sustainment, maintenance, and problem and change management services to ensure the secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of DISA Voice Services. This role directly supports mission-critical communications across the global DoD Information Network.</p> <p>Responsibilities for the Enterprise Voice Engineer include:</p> <ul> <li>Performing engineering tasks to sustain and maintain a large, complex, and highly resilient IP voice and video communications infrastructure </li><li>Managing, configuring, troubleshooting, and assuring voice, video, and data network services while maintaining detailed documentation and diagrams </li><li>Supporting system maintenance, capacity planning, configuration changes, and change validation activities </li><li>Analyzing and resolving complex SIP signaling, call-flow, media, and remote site registration issues </li><li>Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper routing, switching, firewall, and enterprise voice components </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications for the Enterprise Voice Engineer include:</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience supporting enterprise voice and IP networking environments </li><li>Experience with Cisco, Avaya, or Oracle voice platforms (CUCM, Unity, CUBE, Oracle SBC, Avaya Aura) </li><li>Strong knowledge of SIP internetworking, call-flow analysis, Layer 3 networking, WAN principles, and fault isolation </li><li>Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) </li><li>Active TS/SCI clearance required prior to start </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Enterprise Voice Engineer include:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience </li><li>Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law </li></ul> <p>#LI-ER1 #LI-ONSITE</p> <p>Keywords: Enterprise Voice Engineer, DISA, DoDIN, TS/SCI, IP Telephony, SIP, Cisco CUCM, Juniper, VoIP, Network Engineer, BGP, QoS, Firewall, NOC Operations, Scott AFB</p>
