<p>Ashley Global Retail is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to own and manage all communications directed to our Licensee Network. This role is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that align with Ashley's overall brand, product, strategic initiatives, and training opportunities. The specialist will work closely with senior leadership to ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and effectively delivered through multiple channels, including video, email, and SharePoint. Additionally, this role will oversee the production of key events, including bi-annual High Point Market events and quarterly Steering Committee meetings.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all licensee communications, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms. </li><li>Partner with senior leaders to craft and deliver strategic messages on brand direction, product updates, and corporate initiatives. </li><li>Develop and execute communication plans, including email campaigns, newsletters, and video content in adherence with our brand standards to engage and inform licensees. </li><li>Manage and maintain the Licensee SharePoint site, ensuring that critical information is easily accessible and up to date. </li><li>Plan and produce bi-annual High Point Market events, coordinating logistics, content, and speakers to deliver a compelling experience. </li><li>Organize and manage quarterly in-person Steering Committee meetings, ensuring seamless execution, preparation of materials, and follow-up communications. </li><li>Plan and execute monthly virtual licensee town hall events, including content development, speaker coordination, and technical production to ensure seamless delivery and engagement. </li><li>Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment in messaging and objectives. </li><li>Track and analyze communication effectiveness, using feedback and data to refine strategies and enhance engagement. </li><li>Continuously seek ways to improve the Licensee network communication channels by enhancing existing or establishing new communication protocols (i.e., text, mobile application, etc </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. </li><li>3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a similar role. </li><li>Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messaging. </li><li>Experience producing video content and managing digital communication platforms such as SharePoint. </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with experience in event planning and execution. · Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. </li><li>Experience working within a retail or franchise/licensing environment is a plus. </li></ul>
