<p>The Advisor Career Development Associate Branch Manager will help drive profitable growth by leading, coaching, and developing assigned Advisor Career Development (ACD) advisors in a specified Region hub. Responsible for hiring and delivering a compelling business plan emphasizing GDC growth, Client Acquisition and Financial Planning results for all ACD hub advisors.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Train ACD advisors through a standardized training curriculum to become proficient at acquiring financial planning clients through the six key activities, mastering scripts, overcoming objections and phone clinics.</p> </li><li> <p>Coach and motivate advisors to be persistent, to deal with rejection, to manage ups and downs of the business.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify coaches, set expectations, and demonstrate-observe-confirm their skills in providing meeting coverage for new advisors.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure advisors are achieving their goals through accountability reviews, escalating performance issues, and gaps to leadership.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors degree or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>3 - 5 years relevant experience required with a proven track record of success.</p> </li><li> <p>Active FINRA Series 7.</p> </li><li> <p>Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66).</p> </li><li> <p>Active State IAR Registration (S65 or S66).</p> </li><li> <p>Active Life and Variable Contracts insurance licenses.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain appropriate registrations to provide oversight on broker/dealer operations and develop advisor training.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain state securities registrations in resident state, place of business, and states where securities-based compensation is received.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain Investment Advisor Representative registration in investment advisor representative states with a place of business.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of people management experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent compliance record and knowledge of compliance requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Masters degree or equivalent. </li></ul> <p>About Our Company</p> <p>We're a diversified financial services leader with more than $1.5 trillion in assets under management, administration and advisement as of 2024.
